Lifetime Achievement Nomination Form

TThis award recognizes an ASCE member who, through their innovative efforts and long-term involvement, have advanced or significantly contributed to the field of civil engineering. Criteria: Consideration shall be given to the member who has exhibited professional achievement and has made significant impact to the field of civil engineering. This impact may be demonstrated in both professional activities, ASCE involvement and community involvement. The nominee for this award shall be a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of ASCE. Describe any achievements or recognitions the nominee has received in the field of civil engineering. This should include a description of the nominee’s ASCE involvement.
