38TH ANNUAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY CONTEST AWARDS BANQUET

The San Jose Branch is thrilled to announce that it awarded $20,000 in scholarships to students from San José State University, Santa Clara University, and Stanford University during the 38th Annual Student Scholarship Essay Contest. This achievement was made possible thanks to the generous support of our sponsors; Tanner Pacific, Inc., Valley Water, Schaaf & Wheeler, and many other donors this year.

The scholarship winners were celebrated at the Awards Banquet on November 13 at Michaels at Shoreline Golf Links. The event was attended by over 40 students and professionals and featured a networking hour, followed by a keynote presentation from Aaron Baker, Chief Operating Officer for Water Utility at Valley Water.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of this event. Together, we made it an unforgettable celebration of talent and achievement!

Donors: American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., Bill Zehrbach, Haley & Aldrich, HNTB, Cotton, Shires & Associates, Inc., Greg Thiebaut, Karl Neuman, Deric Weis, Barton Ching, Peter Park, Alana Guzzetta, Andrew Stershic, Thalia Anagnos, Celia Craig, Christian Ruiz, John Mukhar, Chad Leege
