The Executive Board is responsible for guiding the Branch’s mission, strategic direction, and financial stewardship. Board members provide governance, establish policy, approve budgets, and support development initiatives. In collaboration with committee chairs and members, the Board ensures the organization operates ethically, efficiently, and in alignment with its goals.
In addition to the Executive Board, the Branch relies on a range of committees, each led by a Committee Chair, to plan and execute events, initiatives, and outreach efforts that support the professional and public mission of ASCE.
The President, Vice President, and Secretary are elected annually by the membership. The Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Director-at-Large, and Committee Chairs are appointed by the Executive Board.
All officers and committee chairs serve a one-year term, with the exception of the webmaster which requires a two-year commitment. Terms follow the ASCE year which begins October 1st and ends September 30th.
