An amendment to the ASCE Constitution to simplify member grades is on this year’s election ballot. The proposed amendment would consolidate the affiliate, associate, and member grades into one member grade: M.ASCE.

The ASCE San Jose Younger Member Forum is looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Student Outreach Chair, Social Media Chair, or Webmaster!
As Student Outreach Chair, you will take the lead on engaging with local college and university students. We have typically engaged with students from San Jose State, Santa Clara University, and Stanford University. This year we are hoping to broaden our reach and engage with community college students as well.
As Social Media Chair, you’ll oversee our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Linktree accounts, helping us connect with our community and share exciting updates. If you’re interested in managing and growing our online presence, this role is perfect for you.
As Webmaster, you will manage our website, creating event pages and links and updating content. No prior experience is required; however, we do ask that the Webmaster be able and willing to commit to a 2-year term.
